Train yourself to sleep on your back to reduce fine-lines and acne.
I’ve been sleeping on my side and face for decades to to a long-standing chronic-pain issue. Upon turning 34 this year, I noticed deep lines in the nano-labial folds, and decided to take action. I made a DIY Face Pillow with paper towels, but decided to try the Your Face Pillow, and provide a review, demo, and results of a wrinkle before and after! See the video above.
Within two-weeks’ time, those wrinkles subsided or improved significantly as you’ll see. I also started amping up my application of retinoid (Retin-A Micro, or Tretinoin .1%) and retinols. If you don’t want to see a dermatologist, I suggest getting something over the counter. There are a plethora of products out there, so I picked up a cream at Marshall’s. I also got Beauty 360 Anti-wrinkle moisturizer night-cream. Beyond that, my current skin-care regimen includes hyaluronic acid- applied after a spritz of water or facial mist to avoid it using the moisture already present in the face- before applying a few products by The Ordinary: lactic acid followed by caffeine solution 5% under the eyes to decrease puffiness and dark circles, Niacinamide 10% Zinc 1%, and Reintol 1% in Squaline, but after I apply the rest of my products and SPF. I also use Strivectin, Clinique All About Eyes Rich– but not just on the eyes, Dermaologica Multi-vitamin Power Firm, Philosophy Miracle Worker, and an SPF 50 by Topixx, along with their neck cream, AHA/BHA Cleanser and Exfoliating Cleanser…
