How to DIY Bleach/Tone/Color Hair, COVID-19/Coronavirus Edition. + Got2B Gilded Rose Dye
-Section hair. -Work root to slightly overlap previously bleached ends. *Be careful not to use too much bleach at the top of your head & don’t leave foils sticking up if you’re leaving roots…I did end up accidentally bleaching to the root on top 😓. If you redye roots…don’t use semi-permanent black dye cause then you’ll have blue and black roots…😤 -You may have to bleach twice. -I chose to tone to get it all one color so …it was about consistency rather than brassiness given I was going to dye it orange anyway. I prefer the Ion Brilliance Permanent Cream Color & color additive shown in the video, Lightest Cool Blonde & Violet Intensifier over Wella T18 because that shit isn’t toning brassy hair- let’s be honest. I also used Olaplex Bonding Oil & Überliss Bond Sustainer in Platinum Jasmin…because damage.
–Blond Brilliance line of toning conditioners, shampoo (lathering toner), and Brass Color Correcting Elixir are 🔥 Mix the conditioner with the elixir and apply from the brassiest part to the ends, but really saturate the root/brass like you’re using semi-permanent hair color, and leave it in for the duration of your shower. –Got2B Gilded Rose is the first box dye ever that delivers what it promises…I do love the color and it came out the same on my BBC extensions as my real hair…what??? Schwarzkopf 🙌🏼 Rinse with Matrix Keep Me Vivid Shampoo.
