My beauty routine for skin-care and hair-care has grown more and more excessive over the years, and it’s now over $4,000 worth of products I use on a daily or monthly basis.
The beauty industry is an ever shifting market- sometimes to market and sell, and other times because of technological advancements and innovations.  With all the hyped and essential ingredients out there, peptides, retinols and retinoids, nano this or that, Stem-cells, hyaluronic acid, and the newly popular probiotics and prebiotics, I feel as if we don’t have enough time to discover which cream, serum, or home remedy really works…so we must apply all of the things- SPF most importantly (mineral vs. chemical).

The $4k Beauty Routine Hair-Care, Skin-care, and Anti-Aging

1. I start out by cleansing with my Michael Todd facial cleansing brush and either Kate Somerville Exfoli-Kate, Exuviance Microdermabrasion, Dr. Brandt cream cleanser, Neutrogena Hydroboost, or Vanicream gentle facial cleanser.
2. In-Shower Beauty Routine:
   1. Facial cleansing as above
   2. I follow with shampoo and conditioner by Nioxin in 4.
   3. Body wash: I love Philosophy Shampoo/Body Wash/Bubble Bath and used Candy Cane for the winter and holiday season, then switched to White Pear, Vanilla Birthday Cake, and Marshmallow for the spring and summer.
   4. Shave with the Phillips Satin Shave or the Phillips-Norelco One Blade.
   5. Exfoliate with loofah and body brush to promote clear skin body and prevent ingrown hairs.
   6. Rinse hair and apply Pantene 3-Minute Miracle conditioner.
   7. Dry off and apply Vanicream lite lotion, Vitabath cupcake couture heavenly coconut creme hydrating lotion, the Body Shop Piña-colada body butter, or Bliss Lemon-Sage Body Butter.
3. Mists and Sprays: Derma Vital, Garnier Soothing, and previously the H20 Oasis Mist.
4. Serums: I begin with Dr Brandt Pearl in the day or the D.N.A. Beauty Sleep night serum at night, then apply Peter Thomas Roth FirmX Growth Factor Extreme Neuropeptide Serum.
5. Creams: GlymedPlus Retinol, LifeCell All-in-one Antiaging Treatment
6. Eye Creams: Benefit It’s Potent, Clinique All About Eyes Rich, L’Occitane Regard Divin Divine Eyes
7. SPF: Philosophy Miracle Worker SPF 50 or Hampton Sun SPF 15 spray (oily).
8. Oils- Rarely: L’Occitane Huille De Jeunesse Divine (Divine Youth Oil) and Shea Moisture Superfruit Complex Dry Oil Mist.
