Black on Black Matte Vs. Shiny French Mani
I used L.A. Colors ($1) and Big Smokey Topcoat by Sally Hansen. I used Maybelline’s Color Show Shredded black to create a black on black matte on shiny French Tip Mani (mixed in clear polish to turn it into matte black polish instead of crackle).
