Dries Van Noten Spring/Summer 2017 Menswear

The details of the Dries Van Noten Spring/Summer 2017 Menswear collection made classic and 70’s inspired fashion feel modern and futurisic (not including the metallic shirts): A double breasted linen suit with an interior haulter strap and textured undershirt; top-stitched patchwork; on-trend tapestry used in trench coats, shuits, bombers, and draw-string basketball shorts paired with strap and buckle high tops; fringe and embroidery; camo; a sheer caftan; and a black on navy graphic sweater.

The Dries Van Noten SS17 collection was wearably trendy and full of details- Tactical vests, a strap here or there, the top-stitch patchwork, tapestry, fringe, fabric selection- all details that melded the 70’s trend with modernity and a bit of combat edge.
