Corneliani Fall/Winter 2016 Men’s Milan Fashion Week MFW FW16

Cornelian followed suit for Fall/Winter 2016 Men’s Milan Fashion Week, with a 70’s inspired palette of brown; lots of burnt golden rod; beautiful Dartmouth, pine, and hunter greens…I wish the collection deviated from the browns and burnt golden rod a bit more, we get that this tied the collection together, but couldn’t we get a little more variation?  The coats were everything, three-quarter length wool coats in varying prints were nothing but luxe.

Cable knit sweaters; leather jackets in camel, brown, and black; the ever-present three-quarter length coat;  the frowned upon fur; gray on gray pinstripe suiting; a teal bag paired with gorgeous gray wool coat; a breath-taking striped chevron coat; and what FW16 MFW show would be complete without a touch of shearling? It was a fabulous collection.
