Imported fabrics from Italy and Spain are digitally printed in this luxury swimwear collection, which features bold stripes and mixed prints with sexy side-strap and side-tie bottoms and back-tied tops: the brand is based and has a show-room in Boca Raton, Florida, and is produced in Columbia.
Designer Pamela M.K. has been designing for twenty years: this is her first time presenting at Palm Beach Swim Week. She and her two daughters Morea and Samoa co-founded the brand, the name of which means “pearl of the deep blue sea.” Pamela says she was “inspired mostly by cultures around the world,” citing the Peruvian culture, and of design says, “It’s my passion!” Her favorite details from the collection include the top-stitching and gold top-stitching, Brazilian cuts, and rouching in the back- which she says is meant to flatter the figure. Accessorized by 11eleven Jewelry, a boho-chic collection. Poema Swim designs retail from $120-$160: Visit PoemaSwim.com for more information and to shop Poema Swim.
